Overview

Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager, the Ecommerce Specialist will be a key member of a dynamic, highly functioning and evolving team. This individual, along with the entire team will value creativity and passion to inspire our customers.


Responsibilities

  • Support Ecommerce Manager in owning/updating content online and to ensure the front-end is up to date at all times
  • Work alongside Ecommerce/Digital teams to develop new projects in order to drive traffic to our site
  • Analyze data from promotions including traffic, conversions etc
  • Provide monthly analytics dashboards that identify meaningful trends to key team members
  • Laisse with internal I.T. team and external agencies and partners to resolve bugs and issues
  • Work with SEO teams to ensure products are optimised for search traffic
  • Help manage Ecommerce returns operations and reporting
  • Participate in marketing related special projects and new initiatives
  • Ability to write and articulate our message to our customers clearly


Experience / Background

  • Experience with Google Analytics or similar digital analytic tools
  • Proven ability to work with a cross functional team
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Passionate about growth and enjoy celebrating the success of the team
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position with IT, internet marketing, or Ecommerce development / configuration and support experience
  • Experience managing the back end of an ecommerce system (AEM, Hybris, Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud/ Demandware or similar)
  • Great at learning new technology, and also excellent at working with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail and demonstrates a sense of urgency with an ability to prioritize, plan, organize and multitask
  • Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and previous experience enhancing SEO
